Virginia Beach, Virginia

I haven' written anything in a couple of days. Hank and I rode our bikes down to the beach one day, approximately 6 miles each way. It is going to take me awhile to get back in shape after my neck injury. The next day, we rode our bikes 5 miles the other way, almost made it to Walmart. We attended a really nice Church and Bible study class on Sunday.

Today we took a tour of the Naval Air Station Oceana. The were alot of F/A-18 Hornets on the runway and in the hangers. Just this week an Aircraft carrier had come home from Iraq bringing alot of planes with them. There are alot of military people in this town. The base was a City within itself. We had a great time because we caught the early tour and were the only two people on it! We had a great time!
