What a motley group of people. Doug had another birthday so we all got together to celebrate at Debbie & Greg's place. Ronnie smoked a pork that turned out wonderful. It seems most of our friends are leaving on Thursday....how sad!

Time with Mom
Hank and I drove over 4,000 miles home to Atlanta and back again to Casa Grande. It is good to be home. This is my Mom in the nursing home....she is now back at her own apartment with 24/7 care. We love you Mom.

Varsity-Happy Birthday Gabe
I had a good time with Gabe on his birthday Sunday. We went to the Varsity, then shopping at Toys' R Us. We bought a volleyball kit with horseshoes and tether ball.

Opah Greek Food
While Hank and I were home we had some fun time with the Family. Jerry, Becky, Pepi, David, Mary and Bill. We went to have Greek Food at Opahs and the belly dancers wanted to embarrass Hank by dancing for him. He said No, lol.

Mardi Gras 2011
Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday is a big event every year at Palm Creek. Steve and Ann put on quiet a party. The beads are giving out, and masks are worn. The food everyone make in keeping with the theme of the party, New Orleans is Awesome! Hank made the "King Cake". It has a hidden baby inside and if you get it, you have to have the party next year. Of course, we knew which slice it was under, so we didn't pick the baby, lol.

Blessings!
For over a week now, I have been fibromyalgia free. These have been the longest 6month, but I thank God for the trials and the blessings. So, today Hank and I played golf with some friends. We had a great time, actually had a par. What fun!

Winter Months are over....
The picture on the left are the quilts ladies have made during the winter months. They were just beautiful. Was mine there? Nope, it is on the bed, lol.
