Daytona Beach

The time I enjoy the most....when they are sleeping, quiet time (lol). We had a great Friday at the beach then to the pool. Now we are going to play Wii.

Daytona Beach, Florida

Well, we made it to Dayton Beach. Of course, one of the first things to do was get our suits on and head to the ocean. One of the few beaches that still allows you to drive your car on the beach. The weather, 95 and the water awesome! We played for about 3 hrs. then walked the beach.
Today, we will head back over there for more beach time before heading to Orlando tomorrow.

Farewell Ooltewah...for now

Hank and I have had a really busy last 2 weeks. Today, at 11 am. we should be closing on our house. Saturday, our possessions will be auctioned off and we will be in Florida...having a great time! But for now, we are in Cumming, Ga. checking out Twin Lakes RV park. For our purposes, it suits. There is nothing to do but we are close to Family. Yesterday, we went and had lunch with my Momma. Today, Gabe is coming over for lunch until Sis gets here. Wish us luck.

Hank's surgery!

You know, you'd think Hank learn not to tell people I am MEAN because I just might pull out my camera and post pictures. His surgery went well and he is on the mend.
He won't be doing much lifting for atleast until the end of the month.
Thank you everyone for your prayers.

The house should close on the 27th and Hank and I will be leaving the 1st of June after our weekend with Grandchildren.

Mother's Day Weekend

Last Friday I flew up to D.C. to spend a few days with Katherine and Family. We had an awesome time. Brian is a "slave-driver". Not really! They planted bushes and dug holes. Mainly, we unburied rocks. We went out for lunch and dinner. Katherine and I had girly times at the spa. We also did a little shopping. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend. Donna and I loved Mother's Day.

Hank is really worried about highlighting my hair, look at his expression, how intense! Oh well, he did a great job! You can't even tell he did anything, lol!
